Refund Policy

Purchases on skinluz.com/skinluz.ch website.

For all purchases on the skinluz.com/skinluz.ch websites, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

This right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the Customer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Goods returned to ATRIA STARS SARL in contravention of this provision will be returned to the Customer at ATRIA STARS SARL’s expense, without the Customer being entitled to claim any compensation whatsoever.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify ATRIA STARS SARL (chemin de la Boisserette 7, 1208 Geneva, e-mail: contact@skinluz.com) of his/her decision to withdraw before the expiry of the deadline by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post, or by e-mail).

The Customer may, but is not obliged to, use the model retraction form shown below:

In the event of withdrawal by the customer, ATRIA STARS SARL will reimburse the amount of the order, including delivery charges invoiced at the time of ordering, insofar as delivery charges have been invoiced, ATRIA STARS SARL will reimburse the customer for the amount of the order, including the delivery costs invoiced at the time of the order, provided that delivery costs have been invoiced, (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that the customer has chosen, where applicable, a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method proposed on SKINLUZ.COM/SKINLUZ.CH websites, no later than fourteen days (14) from the day on which ATRIA STARS SARL is informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw.

ATRIA STARS SARL may defer reimbursement until receipt of the returned products or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the products, whichever comes first.

When the order was accompanied by a gift offered to the Customer under conditions – for example, gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached – and the Customer no longer meets the conditions necessary to obtain the gift due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, the gift must be returned to ATRIA STARS SARL with the returned products and ATRIA STARS SARL may defer reimbursement until receipt of the gift or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the gift, whichever occurs first.

ATRIA STARS SARL will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different means and this refund does not incur any costs for the Customer.

The Customer must return the goods to ATRIA STARS SARL no later than fourteen days (14) after the Customer has communicated his/her decision to cancel. This period is deemed to have been respected if the Customer returns the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

The Customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. ATRIA STARS SARL advises the Customer to choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, ATRIA STARS SARL will not accept any claims.

The Customer is only liable for the depreciation of the good resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the good.
